This course incorporates various themes into its program, such as sex-role stereotyping, sex discrimination, and sexual harassment and its tremendously negative impact on individuals. Prevention of Sexual Harassment Training encourages residents to speak up about the issue, and become positive examples within the community. - Wellness Committee
A program aimed to spread awareness of the importance of wellness. This organization advocates maintaining a healthy lifestyle for women. The Columbus Consolidated Government Health and Fitness Matters offers them a chance to keep track of their general health and teaches them the significance of not only taking care of others (as many women are often preoccupied with) but primarily themselves. A Walking and Fitness Program has been made available in the Downtown area, which covers 8 walking routes of approximately 2 miles.
