A program aimed to spread awareness of the importance of wellness. This organization advocates maintaining a healthy lifestyle for women. The Columbus Consolidated Government Health and Fitness Matters offers them a chance to keep track of their general health and teaches them the significance of not only taking care of others (as many women are often preoccupied with) but primarily themselves.
